VAI Resort is set for a phased opening in 2025.
VAI Resort is thrilled to offer an expansive swimming oasis, man-made party island, state-of-the-art entertainment venue, two-story nightclub, premium dining experiences, plus a spa and fitness center, retail shopping, and so much more.
VAI Resort will offer 11 elevated dining experiences across the resort with a range of international cuisines, eight of which present stunning waterfront views. VAI is set to offer world-renowned celebrity chef restaurant concepts and over 27 unique bar and cocktail experiences, including our 130 foot-tall Aero Sky Bar attraction.
Our diverse culinary destinations offer globally inspired fusions, with cuisine ranging from Asian, to American, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican, and more.
VAI will have 1,100 rooms across four hotel towers. 149 hotel rooms have balconies that double as premium viewing boxes for the entertainment venue.
There will be day passes to VAI Beach and other amenities at the resort are available for free public access, including restaurants, shopping and more.
In the spring of 2022, VAI Global Development took over the construction and operations of the 60-acre project, which was originally planned as a family-focused water and amusement park. Since then, VAI Resort has reimagined the property as a premier entertainment and music destination, significantly reducing the size of the planned water features from the original design.
As part of this transformation, VAI is leveraging state-of-the-art technology to conserve and recycle water throughout the property. The resort is projected to use only about 30% of the water previously allocated to the former agricultural site on which it is being developed.
Sustainability is at the core of VAI Resort’s vision. Across all departments—from housekeeping and culinary to entertainment and attractions—innovative environmental measures are being implemented to reduce the resort’s carbon footprint and help preserve Arizona’s precious natural resources.
VAI has approximately 90,000 square feet of flexible interior meeting and event space, with an additional 35,000 square feet of rooftop and external event space. Guests can also enjoy approximately 10,000 square feet of private dining rooms across its restaurants.
